You contribute to the development and execution of CTB’s multi-year strategic tourism development plan, annual business plan and annual targets. You translate strategic objectives into concrete result driven actions by setting priorities and driving execution within your portfolio.

You share collective responsibility for responsible financial management, including budget oversight, liquidity and solvency, and audit outcomes.
You play a key role in stakeholder engagement and public–private partnerships and represent CTB and Curaçao on national and international platforms. In cooperation with stakeholders, you support initiatives to attract new airlifts and consult the Government and private sector on the development of sustainable tourism attractions. At Senior Management level, you also share responsibility for contracts, compliance and governance, and contribute to a professional, results-oriented and collaborative organizational culture.
Your profile
You are a senior executive with an academic background, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or a Hospitality & Tourism related field. You bring substantial experience in Tourism Destination and Development within a complex public and private environment.
You understand the tourism sector and its economic, social and political dynamics and are able to translate strategy and policy into implementable programs. You possess solid financial acumen and are familiar with planning and control cycles in governance-driven organizations.
